The ‘Classy Coupe’ was discovered by Courtney Cohen and her husband, Brady, while vacationing in Italy. They fell in love with the restored 1969 Piaggio ‘Ape’ mini-truck, all dressed up and outfitted with four beverage taps on the back. Courtney’s passion for Prosecco set the wheels in motion to bring the concept back to their hometown of St. Joseph, MI. After a few years of talking about it, Courtney and Brady took the plunge to get their own mobile bubbly bar. They say to do what you love, right?

Courtney and Brady named their mini-truck Cátia after their favorite chef at a Bed & Breakfast in Italy’s Tuscany region, where the idea for the Classy Coupe was born. Their love of travel and good wine has sent them around the world to imbibe in life’s simple pleasures. They couldn’t be more grateful to bring a little piece of this vacation home for good. Salute!
